Everyday community life

Community living should feel connected, not complicated.

  1. 01

    Notices

Important notices can be difficult to coordinate across a building, a floor, or a single unit.

  2. 02

    Complaints

Complaints need a visible status and a way for the resident and admin to follow through.

  3. 03

    Visitors

Visitor entry needs a clear handoff between the resident and security at the gate.

  4. 04

    The gate

Parcels and household staff need a record of who arrived, and how a parcel is collected.

  5. 05

    Neighbours

Residents need an organised way to find each other and offer things within the community.

The product

One connected experience for everyday community life.

Community & communication

Membership, the directory, and notices with an audience.

Complaints & resolution

A complaint keeps its status, its photos, and the conversation.

  • Residents submit a description and photos, then follow the status.
  • Admins review the queue and post updates.
  • Both sides can continue in the complaint chat.
  • Residents can close, reopen, or set a reminder. Admins can also reject.

Visitors & gate security

A visitor arrives. The resident decides. The guard records entry.

This is the walk-in path: no pass yet, so the guard asks the resident before anyone is checked in.

The sequence

Visitor

Visitor arrives. Kabir Sen reaches Main Gate without a pre-approved pass.

Visitor at the gate

No pass presented yet.

A pre-approved visitor pass is a different path: the resident creates a QR code and passcode, and the guard verifies it before check-in. In both paths, approval or a valid pass is not the same action as recording entry.

Everyday operations

Parcels, household staff, listings, and community ads.

Guards receive parcels and release them with a collection OTP. Household workers are on a registry, with check-in, check-out, and resident ratings. Neighbours list items and chat. Admins can also publish community advertisements.

How it works

From joining your community to managing everyday life.

  1. 1

    Step 01

    Create or find your community

A resident signs in with a mobile number, then creates a society or colony, or finds an existing community with its 8-character join code.

    Join code

    WLW4K8QX

Or create a new society or colony.

  2. 2

    Step 02

    Get connected

The resident submits a join request. A community admin approves or rejects it. Membership stays pending until that review.

    PendingApproved

An admin reviews the request before membership is active.

  3. 3

    Step 03

    Manage everyday activities

Once connected, residents can use notices, complaints, visitors, parcels, household workers, and marketplace listings for that community.

    • Notices
    • Complaints
    • Visitors
    • Parcels
    • Workers
    • Market
  4. 4

    Step 04

    Coordinate at the gate

Residents and guards use visitor and parcel workflows to coordinate arrivals, approvals, entry records, and collections.

    Resident ↔ Guard

Passes, walk-in decisions, entry records, and parcel collection OTPs.

For communities

Designed for everyone who keeps a community moving.

  2. GuardVerifies the pass or registers the walk-in at Main Gate.
  3. Then the guardRecords check-in only after the pass is valid or the resident has approved.
